"This cottage is adorable! Sheryl went above and beyond in design, amenities, and ways to make her guests feel at home. She checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable (we were) and had what we needed to have a great stay (we had more than we needed). Our girls didn't want to leave!"

"We truly could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend the weekend with my mom, my best friend, and her mom. From the second we walked through the door, we felt so welcomed and cared for. Sheryl thought of everything — and I mean everything. The little treats waiting for us when we arrived, the sweetest pink details throughout the Coddage, how beautifully and meticulously clean everything was, and even the labels around the house that made it so easy to settle in and feel completely at ease. And the outdoor shower with pink shampoo?! It was those tiny, thoughtful touches that made the Coddage feel so incredibly special. Sheryl was also an absolute dream to communicate with. She was so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay, and you could truly feel how much love and care she has put into this home."

"Our stay at Cape Coddage on Main was absolutely spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The home is beautiful, charming, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly want for a relaxing getaway. Every detail was so well considered, and the space had the perfect combination of character and modern comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, and we loved being able to enjoy everything the area has to offer while having such a wonderful place to come back to. The entire experience was exceptional, and the hospitality of our hosts, Sheryl & Rick, made our stay even more memorable. Cape Coddage on Main is one of those rare Airbnb finds that exceeds expectations. Additionally, the yummy treats and wine were just awesome! Five stars all the way! We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this "coddage" on Main Street in Chatham! The location is unbeatable, steps from shops and restaurants, and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The space is small but incredibly thoughtful. In-unit washer/dryer with detergent provided, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, a Keurig with pods, and a drying rack for towels and suits. The shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the kitchen had everything needed to wash and put away dishes. Hotel-level amenities without losing that home-away-from-home feel, you don't often get that in an Airbnb! The owner went above and beyond, dropping off cream and sugar, wine, and homemade muffins before we arrived, plus checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and the perfect amount of space for our family of four. We loved it and hope to be back!"

"I cannot recommend Cape Coddage enough! 10/10 experience! The house is so beautiful and the location cannot be beat! The owner, Sheryl, is so kind and gave us amazing recommendations that made our whole trip. The outdoor shower was the best touch, even the shampoo was pink! "Your search is over for the BEST place to stay in Chatham. This was our first AirBnB experience and we are hooked! Between the walk to the beach and the walk to shops/restaurants, the location is perfect. From the minute we pulled into the driveway, the adorable Coddage was perfectly decorated with beautiful flowers and Adirondack chairs outside. The outdoor shower and beach chairs were an awesome addition, especially with a 5 and 6 year old. Inside, I felt like I walked into a perfectly decorated coastal coddage in pristine condition. Everything is easily labeled for use, with nice little touches of color and warmth. They were very welcoming with the waters and freshly baked (delicious) muffins. Sheryl is an absolutely sweetheart. We are already looking at their other properties! We can't say enough good things about this place! A must stay in Chatham! Thank you!!"

"Sheryl's place was just what we were looking for! Thoughtful touches throughout the home. Sheryl is the most responsive and accommodating host I've ever had. All the main st shops are within walking distance along with solid restaurant spots. Easy drive to Provincetown and to the ports for Martha's Vineyard as well."

"Great little space for our family vacation in Chatham! In the heart of Main Street and easily walkable to all of the restaurants, shops, coffee spots and more! Sheryl was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions! She had a gallon of water and some fresh pastries waiting for us upon our arrival! It's the little things!"

"Sheryl's Cape Coddage was a delightful home off the main street in the center of town…it was the perfect location! Each detail was charmingly designed and thought out. Cape Coddage is a small gem tucked off the Main Street of Chatham, and accessible to all the vibrant shops and restaurants as well as the town's main beaches and golf course. The cottage has been beautifully renovated with all mod cons including the comfiest of beds, an amazing shower (teenage boy approved) and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is immaculate with thoughtful touches throughout, and communication with Sheryl and Richard was excellent — they truly want to make your stay the best it can be. "A wonderful week at the Cape Coddage with our two kids and pup. The location cannot be beat – morning walks to grab coffee and evening ice cream were highlights of the trip – and the renovated cottage was clean and charming. The outdoor shower was lovely, air conditioning great (not always a given on the Cape!) and Sheryl was a joy to rent from – communicative, helpful, and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again!"

"The cottage is in the perfect location, close to town and beach and great neighborhoods for walking. It is extremely clean and great use of space, very well thought out. Everything is labeled and very well organized. The decor is absolutely precious and we felt very comfortable. The hosts could not have been nicer or more attentive to us and our furry friend…they made our stay seamless! We loved our vacation and we will be back!"
