Today, after a meticulous restoration, it begins a new chapter… One that we hope includes you!

Long before you step inside, you’ll notice people slowing down to admire the restored 1848 cottage set back, down a quiet drive on Main Street. With its cheerful curb appeal, colorful gardens, and unmistakable New England charm, it’s the kind of home that naturally draws attention—and cameras. Affectionately referred to as “the most photographed little cottage in all of Chatham.”

Upon entering you’ll discover that what’s behind the front door is every bit as memorable as the view from the street. The Cape Coddage, a home where historic Cape Cod charm and boutique comfort come together beautifully.

Sunlight fills thoughtfully designed spaces featuring crisp white linens, warm coastal textures, quality and comfortable furnishings and carefully curated details that create a feeling of relaxed elegance throughout. Every room has been lovingly renovated to honor the cottage’s 1848 heritage while providing the modern comforts today’s travelers appreciate.

Enjoy the fully equipped custom kitchen which invites creative meals, the open living room which is the perfect place to gather after a day at the beach and the beautifully appointed bedrooms featuring premium mattresses and luxury linens designed for a restful night’s sleep.
